I have been in the Champaign/Urbana area for 25 years, professionally practicing different approaches to Alternative Health Care.

I am a graduate from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy (CSMT 11) August of 1987, and a member of American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).

After I graduated my first workshop was Phase-4 of the system Ortho-Bionomy® (O-B). I became the first downstate Illinois Senior (Advanced) Practitioner in July 1995 with more than 1,100 hours of study.  O-B is a complete system of healing with studies in Phase Reflex Techniques (PRT), Exploration of Movement Patterns, Advanced Cranial Sacral Therapy, Posture and Post Techniques, Isometrics, Advanced Cranial Sacral Techniques with the Founder Dr. Arthur Lincoln Pauls, D.O., the founder of the system Ortho-Bionomy®. I am fortunate to be the only practitioner of (O-B®) in Champaign to have a seven day Residential in 1995 with the late Dr. Pauls, DO. This Residential helped me to go well beyond what I had learned in Ortho-Bionomy® up to that point in time.

I developed and teach Neuromuscular Kinesthetics. This system of Movement Re-education Therapy (Somatic Therapy), teaches specific movements, to move away from pain. This approach has helped me stay 80% or more away from pain and stress. If you are like me, and want to help yourself move away from pain, this approach is a great way to learn. Private lessions and group classes are offered.

I started studying Cranial Sacral Therapy first fom Dr. Pauls. From there I studied from the Colorado Cranial Institute, Levels 1 and 2, the Upledger Cranial Institute, Levels 1 and 2, and SomatoEmotional Release, Level 1.

I studied two excellent sources of Neuromuscular Massage Therapy (NMT), Judith Walker's and the Paul St. John's Method of (NMT).

I am a distributor of Pure Therapeutic GRADE-A Essential Oils and food products with essential oils in them. The research with the food products has shown before putting essential oils in, there was 42 % blood absorption in 24 hours. After adding essential oils, the blood absorption increased to 64% in 30 minutes and 86% in an hour.
