My first workshop after I graduated was Phase-4 of Ortho-Bionomy® (O-B) and became the first down state Illinois Senior (Advanced) Practitioner in July 1995 with more than 1,100 hours of study.  O-B is a complete system of healing with studies in: Phase Reflex Techniques (PRT), Exploration of Movement Patterns, Advanced Cranial Sacral Therapy, Posture and Post Techniques, Isometrics, Advanced Techniques with Dr. Pauls, DO., Chapman's Neuro-Lymphatic Reflexes, Advanced (PRT). 

I am fortunate to be the only practitioner of Ortho-Bionomy® in Champaign to have had the last seven day Residential in August 1995 with the late Dr. Arthur Lincoln Pauls, DO., the founder of Ortho-Bionomy®. This workshop helped me to go well beyond what I had learned in Ortho-Bionomy® up to that point in time.

From 1989 I went on to develop and teach Neuromuscular Kinesthetics. This system of Movement Re-education Therapy (Somatic Therapy), teaches clients specific movements, to move away from pain into a comfortable way of moving. This system has helped me stay 80% or more away from pain and stress. If you are like me, and want to work with yourself away from pain, this approach to therapy is a great approach to learn. I started studying Cranial Sacral Therapy in 1988 from Dr. Pauls. From there I studied from the Colorado Cranial Institute, Levels 1 and 2. Upledger Cranial Institute, Levels 1 and 2, and SomatoEmotional Release, Level 1. From the Society of Ortho-Bionomy®, and Advanced Cranial Sacral from Arthur Lincoln Pauls, DO in August 1995 in a private gathering at the residential.

I have studied Neuromuscular Massage Therapy (NMT). From 1991 I have studied from two excellent sources. My first studies were with Judith Walker Method of NMT and the second was from Paul St. John Method of NMT.

I work with Pure Therapeutic GRADE-A Essential Oils and food products with essential oils in them. With the food products, research has shown that before putting essential oils in, there was 42 % blood absorption in 24 hours. After adding essential oils, blood absorption increased to 64 % in 30 minutes and 86% in an hour. The conclusion was that the cells were now receiving nutrients that they had previously not been able to assimilate by adding essential oils.
