Did you know that it's a good idea to frequently change your position?
And if you're slaving away at your desk or computer, that you should take
a 30-second or more break every 20 minutes? Get up and walk around the
room, stretch and touch your toes, go down the hall to get a drink, or
whatever you prefer, but give your muscles a break.
At the very least,
be sure to refocus your eyes briefly. Also, be sure to change your position
from whatever your previous position was during your last 20-minute interval
to a new comfortable position before you begin your next 20-minute interval.
You will feel more refreshed, and you will experience greater physical
comfort throughout your day.
